BLJ-5591 is a pure acrylic acid copolymerized by acrylate and special functional monomer
Ester emulsion. No APEO, no plasticizer. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, strong adhesion. High elongation. Excellent weather and aging resistance. Excellent loading capacity of pigments and fillers. Good workability of wet base surface.
Features and uses:
1. No APEO, low VOC, no plasticizer.
2. Excellent acid and alkali resistance, strong adhesion.
3. Excellent loading capacity of pigments and fillers.
4. Excellent acid and alkaline resistance, adhesion, excellent weather resistance, aging resistance.
5. Excellent film flexibility at low temperature.
6. Good workability of wet base surface.
Appearance: milky white liquid
Viscosity: ≤500 MPa · s Brookfield LV rotor 3#,60r/min,25ºC
Solid content: 55 ± 1 wt% 4.3 in GB / T 20623-2006
PH value: 9-10 GB / T 20623-2006
Glass transition temperature (TG): - 40ºC DSC
Minimum film forming temperature (MFT): 0ºC, GB / T 9267-2008
Packaging and storage:
Packaging product specifications are 50kg plastic barrel, 200kg (iron barrel, plastic barrel), ton package (plastic barrel, iron barrel).
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room to prevent direct sunlight and transported at 5-35 ºC
The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packing.
