CompositionActive Constituents: 50mg/mL Doxycycline Hydrochloride.
IndicationFor treatment of susceptible infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in birds, guinea pigs, hampsters, rabbits, cats and other small animals.
Dosage and AdministrationCats: First day: per Kg bodyweight 5mg/Kg orally, then per Kg bodyweight 2.5mg/Kg orally for 7-10 days. Birds: 1ml per 100ml of drinking water. Treat daily for 7 days. Change water daily and keep out of direct sunlight.
Rodents: 0.15mL per 100mL of drinking water. Treat daily for seven days. Change water daily and keep out of direct sunlight.
Side EffectsNo adverse reactions at dosage recommended.
PrecautionOverdose can cause gastrointestinal disorders (vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea).
Divalent or trivalent antacids may be bond with medicine and deduce gastrointestinal stress reactions.
