2. Machine Description

It adopts the linear type (straight line type) design. The equipment filling and counting is accurate, automatic bag picking and bag opening.

The powder feeding amount is easy to adjust, sealing intelligent temperature control,
( temperature control system from Omron in Japan).

The enterprises save a lot of labor, is the first choice of equipment to reduce production costs. This machine is mainly aimed at pharmaceutical powder, food powder, chemical powder and other products special research and development, with good performance, compact structure, simple and convenient operation, low energy consumption, less investment, high degree of automation and other characteristics.

4. Technical Features

(3) Different filling devices can be selected according to the nature of filling materials

(4) intelligent detection, bag filling seal, no bag, no filling, no sealing

(5) electrical system from France Schneider, with stable performance and long-lived.  

(6) Japanese Omron intelligent temperature control system, automatic
      compensation of sealing temperature, precise in temperature control,
      the seal is elegant and beautiful.

(7) Pneumatic parts of the whole machine will use AirTac brand from Taiwan,
     with long working life, easy to maintain and replace. 

(8) The filling part can be washed directly, to avoid the power supply.  

(9) Especially for powder packaging, it can be connected with external
     dust collection device and can be equipped with organic glass cover to
     reduce dust leakage.

6. Machine Materials

 
(1) The machine adopts stainless steel 304 appearance,carbon steel frame part and part of
      the accessories for acid resistance, salt resistance corrosion treatment layer,
      the main part of the cover is 8 mm thick plexiglass (organic glass).
 
(2) Processing and material selection requirements: most parts are moulded into shape,
      the main materials adopt 40# chrome steel forging finished.
