NF-280 Corn Degerminator is a professional equipment to mainly remove corn germ, corn black spot and some corn bran.
The corn polishing machine can be used individually or with medium and small processing lines.
Function and feature
Unique design of rotary octagonal sieve and air inlet structure before kernel outlet to reduce brokens;
High yields and few brokens, thorough separation of brans and kernels;
Wearing Parts
The thruster of corn polishing machine pushes corns, wheats, rice into hulling chamber.
The pressure door presses to rub the materials in the rotary roller and hulling sieve.
The blower pushes and the air suction machine sucks to push the air into hulling chamber,
After-sale service
1.We are in charge of after service warranty within half a year in condition that the client conform to instruction rules.
2.We will charge accordingly due to wrong operation and maintenance.
3.We will accept change or return of the product only after technical confirmation if the machine still can not work after maintenance.
4.Warranty is not provided without inspection certificate, instruction book, invoice and machine model number.
5.Damage occurred jointly during maintenance should be in the charge of clients.
Packaging:All machines covered by plastic film firstly and then packed in wooden case to best protect the machine during long time transportation.
Shipping:All machines will be sent by sea, if you need other kind of transportation, please inform us in advance.And all machines would be shipped in 7 days after the receipt of payment.Before and after shipping, we will take photos of machines and send photos to client.
