Warranty
The warranty period of aerial work platform is twelve months when it starts the machine delivered to the end-user. The warranty includes structural elements, hydraulic parts, and most of electronic parts.
1. Fast moving parts do not belong to the scope of warranty, including air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, hydraulic oil filter, accessories delivery with the machinery, bulb, fuse, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil etc.
2. The warranty of special parts and wearing parts,
(1).Engine: Perform in accordance with the warranty scope stipulated in the Engine manufacturer's files with delivery
(2) Tires: Within 30 days from purchasing the machinery by end-user, if it is the manufacturer defects, such as tire cracking, delaminating, bulge, we will replace it by free.
(3) Battery: Within 45 days from purchasing the machinery by end-user and under the normal maintenance, if the battery is off-grid, on-electrical storage, or the shell bulge, We will replace or repair it by free.
(4) All kinds of relay, horn, instrument, length detector, and pull: Within three month from purchasing the machinery, if there are quality issues for all electrical parts etc, We will repair or replace them by free.
