Description:
DAI-EL G-EXP-008 is a cure incorporated copolymer with low Mooney viscosity. It is designed for injection molding of O-rings, seals and other parts where fast cure speed and high elongation are required.

DAI-EL G-EXP-009 is a cure incorporated copolymer with medium-low Mooney viscosity. It is designed for injection molding of o-rings,seals and other parts where fast cure speed and low compression set are required.

DAI-EL G-EXP-011 is a cure incorporated copolymer with medium-low Mooney viscosity. It is designed for injection molding of o-rings,seals and other parts where fast curing and high elongation are required.

Safety
(1) Store and use all fluoroelastomers in a well-ventilated area.
(2) Do not smoke in areas contaminated with dust from fluoroelastomers.
(3) Avoid eye contact.
(4) After handling, wash any skin that came in contact with the product with soap & water.

Overview:
Daikin bisphenol curable copolymers are 66% fluorine content copolymers of hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride.These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and oil seal applications in high-heat environments.

Daikin offers injection and compression molding grades, extrusion grades, metal adhesion grades, and compression set resistant grades. Most DAI-EL copolymers are supplied as cure incorporated precompound but specifically labeled base polymers (BP) are available. These require the addition of a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator.
