DISPERSANT 3310 is new block copolymer universal dispersant.It contains much adsorption groups.It mainly used for grinding and dispersing carbon black,organic pigment,inorganic pigments.It shows outstanding performance in grinding high surface area carbon black.Dispersant 3310 can decrease the viscosity obviously.It has good wettability and can shorten the grinding time of color paste.


Physical and Chemical properties:

Use:
1) Grinding and dispersing high surface area carbon black and organic pigment.
2) Automotive paint,plastic paint and other high grade industrial paint with thermoplastic(Thermosetting) or hydroxy acrylate system.
3) Universal color preparation.
4) Printing ink system except offset ink


Dosage:
Pigment wt % of active content
Organic Pigment 7-15%
High Surface Area Carbon Black 20-80%
Inorganic Pigment 0.5-2%


Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 3310 into millbase.
Add synergist if required. Stir evenly.
Add pigments while stirring. And disperse in the usual routine.
