DISPERSANT 6700 is 100% active component polymeric dispersant.It is designed to be used in grinding carbon black,organic pigment and inorganic pigment.It is excellent anti-floating.It can be used in solvent-base coating and solvent-base pigment preparation.


Physical and Chemical properties:

Use:
1) Disperse carbon black and organic pigment in automotive paint,industrial paint,plastic paint.
2) Disperse carbon black and organic pigment in solvent-base pigment preparation.


Dosage:
Pigment wt % of 100% active content
Organic pigment 7-15%
Carbon black 10-20%
High surface area Carbon Black 40-80%


Order of addition:
Mix DISPERSANT 6700 into the millbase.
Add pigments and disperse in the usual routine
