5 Innovative Technologies of ANTAI Machine:

1.New-designed automatic electric control box.It's insulating and waterproof. With automatic temperature control, the system will warm up automatically to the setting temperature. When vulcanizing time is up , the control box will ring an alarm and automatically switch off the power.What's more ,the control box can text the temperature of 3-5 different points of each heating plate in real time to ensure the quality of jointing.

2.Electric water pump.It's small size, light weight and can provide high pressure maximum to 2.3Mpa.

3.Rubber Pressure Bag.This is a self-developed product of ANTAI company in 2005. This revolutionary rubber pressure bag is a perfect alternate to the old water pressure plate and at the same time, it makes the joint effect of our vulcanizing machine to a new height.Since then"ANTAI" brand vulcanizing machine consistently takes the lead in market competition with its core technology and high quality.

4.We successfully developed the One-piece Integrated Rubber Heating Film in 2006 ,which is the same size as the hot plate without any splicing.This design can maximize heating area, ensure uniform temperature and fast heating rate.180 ºC is the maximum tolerable temperature.By the innovation in the heating technique,the heating film is now become the optimal heating element of the vulcanizing machine.This has confirmed my company's leading technology level in the industry.

A: We have table produce line, hot sale products normally HAVE STOCK. If customized, need about 30 working days
02) Q: Will you test the machine before shipping?
A: Yes, each machine, we will install and test before shipping. And testing pressure is higher than working pressure.

03) Q: Can you print our logo or without any logo?
A: It's no problem OEM. Before order, please send us the clear document of your logo, also the authorization paper to allow us to print your logo.

04) Q: Whether can visit your workshop and to see how to process the machine?
A: No problems, you are always welcomed to visit us, before order or before shipping.If need to see how to process the machines, please inform us what type machines you want to see, we will try to prepare the similar machines ready before you come.
