Design features:
The power end of mud pump: The housing is welded steel-plate construction. It is stress-relieved after welding. The drive gears ate in volute type gears which allow smooth operation, high efficiency and long life. The crankshaft is a hollow one-piece steel casting. The power end is splash-Lubricate.
The fluid end of mud pump: The suction and the discharge flanges conform to ASA and API specification.
The piston rod of mud pump is connected with an intermediate rod by means of clamps to realize quick assembly & disassembly.
The valve seat bores of mud pump have a bottom shoulders. The pistons and loners are lubricated and cooled by an independently spraying pump to have a longer service life.
The frame is of welded-steel pale construction, with characteristics of high strength, good rigidity and light weight due to internal stress eliminating treatment after being welded.
Integral herringbone gear drive of mud pump is adopted for smooth running, high efficiency and long operating life. The crank shaft is alloy steel castings.
Double-deck sealing is adopted in intermediate pull rod with sound sealing effect.
The power end of mud pump adopts the lubricating method of forced lubrication combined with splash lubrication.
Fluid end:
The hydraulic cylinder material is alloy steel forging. Straightway hydraulic cylinder has good suction performance.
Suction valve and discharge valve on F series pump are interchangeable.
Pump F-500 uses API 5# valve; Pump F-800 and F-1000 use API 6# valve; Pump F-1600 uses API 7# valve.
