China 20 Times Concentrated Tris-EDTA Antigen Retrieval Solution pH 8.0, Find details about China Antigen Retrieval Solution, Permeabilization Solution from 20 Times Concentrated Tris-EDTA Antigen Retrieval Solution pH 8.0
Product Introduction
After cells or tissues are fixed with paraformaldehyde, formalin or other aldehyde reagents, the antigenic determinants form aldehyde bonds, carboxymethyl bonds, and cross-links in protein detection, etc., which cause changes in the spatial structure of the protein and make the antigen The determinant is blocked, and the binding point of antigen and antibody is reduced, which eventually leads to the relative weakening of the positive detection rate and staining intensity of the antigen during immunolabeling, which manifests as false negative or low positive rate. The cross-linking of proteins caused by aldehydes is reversible. Under certain conditions, such as high temperature or protease hydrolysis, the original conformation of the protein can be restored. This process is called antigen retrieval. Antigen retrieval is a key step that cannot be ignored in the process of immunohistochemistry. There are many antigen retrieval methods. Different methods can be selected according to the characteristics of tissue types. Some are suitable for thermal repair, and some are suitable for enzymatic repair. The pH value of the antigen retrieval solution also has many different options due to the characteristics of the antigen. The company provides a variety of antigen retrieval solutions with different pH values to meet a variety of antigen retrieval needs.
This product 20×Tris-EDTA repair solution (pH 8.0) is a concentrated repair solution. The product component is 20 mM EDTA. After 20 times dilution, a pH 8.0 solution containing 1 mM EDTA can be obtained, which can be used for antigen retrieval.
Storage and transportation
Storage and transportation at room temperature; valid for 12 months.
Instructions
Mix 10 mL of 20×Tris-EDTA antigen retrieval solution (pH 8.0) with 190 mL of distilled water to obtain 1×, pH 8.0 antigen retrieval solution containing 1 mM EDTA.
Precautions
1. This product is a concentrated solution and needs to be diluted before use. It is recommended that the diluted buffer be used up on the same day and can be stored briefly at 4°C.
2. Please select the appropriate antigen retrieval solution according to the experimental requirements and antigen characteristics. For acidic or alkaline repair fluids, please refer to G1202 and G1203.
3. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
