Ceramic Tile Inkjet Digital 3D UV Printing Machine is a machine produced by our factory to cooperate with the Automatic UV Varnish Coating Machine. The printer can print on any materials, such as Gold plate, Silver plate, Copper plate, Iron plate, Aluminum plate,  Plexglass, Wood, Wall Panel, PVC Panels, Ceiling, Organic Board, Corrugated, Chevron Board, Corrugated Board, Foam Board, Metal Board, Fiberboard, Plastic, Brick, Stone, Ceramic tile, Glazed tile, Vitrolite, Tile, Ceramic tile plate, Glass, Microlite, Crystallized glass panel, Microlitel crystallized glass panel, Tinyspar, Acrylic, Wood fiber board, Bamboo fiber board, Crystal material, Cloth material and Dimension stone etc.

It can also print images on irregular surfaces. For example: mobile phone, telephone, USB flash drive and wine bottle.

The thickness of the printed object is 0.1-100mm.

Intermediate consumables is not exempt, such as transfer paper, crystal glue, crystal film, high temperature tape, heat transfer equipment.

Working Principle

Ceramic Tile Inkjet Digital 3D UV Printing Machine adopts piezoelectric inkjet printing principle, it adjusts sprinkler temperature and voltage with software. The machine does not touch with the material directly. It is easy to locate on the material by auto thickness measurement function before printing. Through inkjet way, the UV ink in the ink tube will be sprayed on the surface of the material. Curing and drying system is working automatically by UV detector.

Print speed can reach up to 15 square meters per hour. The productivity is higher than previous generation of UV printers.
