Product Desciption
Steel rail is the main component of railway track. Its function is to guide the wheels of rolling stock to move forward, bear the huge pressure of the wheels, and transmit it to the sleepers. The rail must provide a continuous, smooth and least resistance rolling surface for the wheels. In the electrified railway or automatic block section, the rail can also be used as a track circuit.
We can supply the steel rails used for general speed railway track with 160km/h,high speed railway track with 250km/h and 350km/h and profile from 37kg/m-75kg/m according to customers' requirements. At the same time,we can supply switch rail,crane rail,Head Hardened Rail
The parts used to connect each section of the rail and the rail to the sleeper to form a continuous track are called steel rail accessories. Production Process
The rails produced by Rica are made of carbon-killed steel smelted in open hearth furnaces and oxygen converters. Its purpose is to withstand the working pressure and impact load of rolling stock.
Ruika has high requirements for the quality of steel rails:
1. The rail after Ruika rolling is straight, without significant bending or twisting. The local bending and torsion of light and heavy rails and their corrective deformation, and the inclination of rail end faces are also within the scope of the standard.
2. The surface of the rail produced by Ruika is clean and smooth, free from cracks, scars, scratches and other defects. There are no shrinkage marks and interlayers on the rail end. The degree of defects and geometric quantities allowed on the overall surface of the light and heavy rail. The rails produced by Ruika are all within the scope specified by the standard.
3.The cross-sectional shape of the rail adopts an I-shaped cross-section with the best bending resistance, which is composed of three parts: rail head, rail waist and rail bottom. In order to make the rail better withstand the forces from all aspects, the necessary strength conditions are guaranteed. The rails produced by Rica have sufficient height. The head and bottom of the rails produced by Rica have sufficient area and height, and the waist and bottom are not too thin.
