ADP Series Capacitor Ripple Current Test Power Supply
Brief Introduction
ADP series is specially designed for ripple current endurance test of different kinds of capacitors, such as metal film capacitors and film capacitors, it has wide output voltage, current and frequency range to meet various test requirements.
This series has Max. DC output voltage up to 5000V, Max. AC output voltage up to 500V, Max. AC output current up to 400A, and output frequency optional from 50Hz to 1KHz.
This series is equipped with high frequency & high temperature fixture and connection line for good simulation of capacitor working conditions in groups, so that accuracy test parameters could be provided to users and capacitor manufacturers.
Features
1. DC/CV/CC, CV/CC value continuously adjustable from 0 to rated value.
2. AC/CV/CC, CV/CC value continuously adjustable from 0 to rated value.
3. Over voltage protection: Automatic protected and alarm when output voltage exceeds 110% rated value
4. Over current protection: Automatic protected and alarm when output current exceeds 110% rated value
5. Over temperature protection: Automatic cut off output and alarm when working temperature exceeds protection threshold value.
6. AC pine sine wave fixed frequency output: frequency scope: 50Hz/60Hz/100Hz/120Hz/200Hz/400Hz/1KHz for selection, or user could select 45.0 ~ 1 KHz adjustable.
7. AC/DC output both digital display, high accuracy and reliable.
8. AC/DC automatic mixed output, no need for extra connection
9. Automatic timing of test time.
10. Automatic cut off AC & DC output and alarm when preset time reached, also time would be saved.
11. When power supply or load is faulty or short-circuit, output would automatically cut off, timer stops timing and save time value.
12. Short alarm: Automatic cut off AC & DC output and sound & light alarm when output is short-circuited.
13. Different frequency values combined into one power supply, switchable via air switch (Max. 5 frequency values)
(1) Node signal control function: external node signal for power supply ON/OFF control (optional)
(2) 0~5V/0~10V/4~20mA signal for output voltage & current reading (optional)
14. Customized high temperature fixture and connection lines for test (optional)

StoragePay attention to the following points during temporary & long-term storage.
1. Store the power supply in our packing box
2. Long-term storage would lead to electrolytic capacitor degradation, it should be powered up yearly, at least 5 hours power-on time, input voltage should be increased to rated value by voltage regulator. Warranty1. The warranty period of this product is 12 months, free repair within warranty period except for man‐made damages or irresistible forces.
The following cases during under warranty are not included in free-warranty scope:
(1). Incorrect operation & maintenance of the power source that cause fault.
(2). Natural loss of consumable material (shell, connector etc.)
(3). Manual damage caused by modification or dismantle
(4). Damage caused by external equipments or third-party product or plug-in units.
(5). Force majeure factors, such as fire, flood or input grid abnormal.
(6). Unilateral amendment or modification on our LOGO or part number.
(7). Fault caused by abnormal usage of power source.
(8). Other non-product quality causes
2. Reasonable maintenance & repair costs should be charged after warranty period.
