Product Description

EXNR-400W series melt flow rate tester is based on the test method of GB/T 3682, used to determine the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers at high temperatures, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, and polycarbonate , Nylon fluoroplastics and other polymers.

EXNR-400W adopts industrial PLC programmable controller, touch screen operating platform, and LCD display; the automatic temperature control of the machine is divided into manual, time control and automatic cutting methods from the operation method, which can realize the quality method (MFR) And volume method (MVR) two test methods; the machine can measure the melting density of raw materials at the test temperature, and the system also has a temperature calibration function.
            
The machine is equipped with a micro printer that can print test reports. It is currently a mid-to-high-end model in the same industry in China. It has simple operation, stable operation, and long-term testing. It is well received by users.
