Power system

The engine with the advantage of big torue and low rotating speed to make large power, torque and enough draw bar pull possible, thus fully adapted to different tow application.

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
The mechanical transmission JYX325 with 3-speed forward and 1-speed back from AVIC CHANGSHA ZHONGCHUAN TRANSMISSION MACHINERY CO.,LTD. It is with the advantage of easy shift and low impact,which contributes to reliable operation and stable performance.
The hydraulic transmission YYX25 with 2-speed forward and 1-speed back from AVIC CHANGSHA ZHONGCHUAN TRANSMISSION MACHINERY CO.,LTD.With the advantage of simple structure,reliable work,stable performance,high efficiency,the tractor contributes to rapid shift and flexible operation.Soft driving fatigue can relieve the fatigue of the driver,and reduce the impact load on the engine and transmission device. So when the traction changes speed, it is with smooth state.

STEERING SYSTEM
Hydraulic assisted steering,Driven by power steering pump to make hydraulic oil to act on the ball type power steering gear to make auxiliary steering possible. The steering gear with worm gear structure, with a reasonable transmission ratio, steering wheel with a suitable angle of rotation, no need to make a large number of rotating ,thus reduce the fatigue of the driver greatly.Hydraulic oil can be used not only as a power assisted steering, but also as the lubrication of worm gear to reduce the steering force, making the vehicle steering flexible and easy, without any block.Thus increases operating safety and comfortability.
Advantage:
Hydraulic assisted steering without the drawbacks of pure mechanical steering gear, and without the oil leakage problem and loss of power failure of full hydraulic steering.

brake system
Brake system composed by four-wheel hydraulic service brake and mechanical parking brake acted on propeller shaft.
Service brake composed of front drum and rear disc.It adopts vacuum booster, brake easily to reduce the operation intensity of the driver. Front and rear 4-wheels double circuit brake, to ensure the brake of tow tractor with a high reliability and safety.
Parking brake acted on the drive shaft to make good parking effects.

SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The front suspension adopts popular independent suspension, the two sides of the steering wheel are connected to the body separately. It is of simple and compact structure,large wheel steering angle, small front wheel alignment, making sure its good response and operation.The tractor turning radius is much smaller than the non independent suspension vehicle, control and comfort are significantly better than the non independent suspension vehicle, provides a smooth and comfortable driving environment for the driver.
Drive axle with the structure of the longitudinal leaf spring. The leaf spring is not only the shock absorption, but also the guiding drive device of the suspension. Longitudinal leaf spring non independent suspension with the advantage of high strength, high reliability, to keep the vehicle with good ground clearance and large capacity.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Instrument, harness, electrical control components are specially designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the tow tractor,making sure it is stable and reliable.
The instrument with complete function,which consists of water temperature meter, hour meter, fuel gauge and all kinds of warning light.
It is equipped with beam and near front headlights, front and rear steering signal lights, rear combination lamps (steering, braking, tail lights), rear lights and other vehicle lights system, fully meets the requirements of the night and traction situation when light is not enough..

Tow coupler device
Tow device belongs to mechanical control type, there are two height for selection, with a self - locking function, to prevent tow pin out of coupler in the course of traction.
Traction device can be operated by the driver from the seat, or by the operatorat behind the tractor.
