After years of developing and skills we had, this pick & place machine contains stability with long term producing process, and results with high performance. It can not only mount devices with high accuracy such as 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, LED devices, LED5050 packing devices, diodes, transistors, and SOT, but also include the following three new performances:
1) 5 million pixel camera is installed for higher accuracy and for checking the mistakes. With this camera is being used, it can easily mount chips that are smaller than 40 * 40 mm, and lead pitch at larger than 0.3mm. As a result, 98% of successful rate is been released in the report.
2) 6 industrial used camera is been installed for better identifying performance. It can works at the same time, in which saves more time , and works with better efficiency.
3) Automatic scan for the benchmark point, and automatic loader are been added to this model of pick & place machine. This addition makes the whole line of SMT process perform more effectively.
