Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A1: Qingdao Fortum is a manufacturer of camouflage fabric and uniforms.
Q2: What about the shipping methods?
A2: For sample and small orders, you may choose following couriers: FedEx, DHL, UPS,Aramex. For large quantity orders , you may ship the goods by air or by sea to save cost.
Q3: Can we add our own logo/labels on the products?
A3: Of course, please send us your logo/labels design, we can develop for you.
Q4: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A4: It depends on seasons and different forwarders. Fee is different offered by different forwarders, and in different seasons. You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.
Q5: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?
A5: Yes we can,but we have to surcharge for small dye lot fabric .About USD80-150 per colour.
Q6: What is the payment terms of your company?
A6 : T/T, D/P or L/C at sight, but the new cuntomer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipping, We can discuss better payment terms after several orders in good coorperation.
