1.reinforcing steel welded mesh made of low carbon steel wire rod, which undergo a cold-rolling and straightening process and arranged vertically in proper spacing in the welding machine at the line wires and cross wires, joint together by mean of electric resistance spot-welding, also directly welded with hot rolled wire rods 
 The reinforcing mesh has following merits: 
 Great hardness, good elasticity, uniformity spacing high welding strength, hard to deform by trample

3.Technical standard: 
 Reinforcing weld mesh is widely used in reinforced concrete structures of multi-storey and high building, airport runways, highways, tunnels, concrete pipes, bridges, water conservancy dam foundation, piers, warehouses and sewage treatment tanks and so on. 
We not only produce as per the national standard of welded mesh fabric for reinforcement of concrete but also the products according to the AS/NZS 4671:2001( Australian and New Zealand standard) 
4.The specification of reinforcing mesh 
Material: HRB400, CRB550, CPB550 steel bar. 
Wire Diameter:3mm--14mm 
Aperture: the Horizontal from 50mm to 200mm 
                  the Vertical from 25mm to 500mm 
Mesh Width:0.5m--2.4m 
Mesh Length: 1m--12m 
Steel bar welded reinforcement is well received and popularly used as a kind of new, efficient and excellent quality concrete structure steel materials in various industrial and civil buildings. It is mainly used in making of floors, ceilings, wall body, concrete road, bridge surface, airport, tunnel lining, concrete piping, etc.  
Also known as: steel welded mesh, welded steel Mesh Panels. Longitudinal reinforcement and transverse reinforcement spacing arrangement and each other at right angles, all of cross point welded together.
 1.Technology: Steel bar construction mesh using special welding net machine, welding procedures by computer control of production, welding mesh uniform, good quality welding, mechanical properties of steel before and after welding was almost unchanged.
 2.Specification: diameter of 4-14mm, which can be 0.5mm in diameter into the class.  
Consider the transport conditions,  length should not exceed 12m, the width should not exceed 3.4m. spacing of 150 ~ 300mm. 
 3.Application: It is widely used in highway construction of cement concrete pavement, Bridge Construction, Tunnel lining,etc. 
Mesh reinforcement in the cement concrete pavement engineering, the bar diameter not less than 8mm, the longitudinal reinforcement spacing should not exceed 200mm, the spacing of transverse reinforcement should not exceed 300mm 
 Reinforcing welded mesh in bridge engineering, reinforced gateway distance can be 100 -200mm, diameter should be 6 a l0mm. Steel mesh vertical, horizontal should be equal spacing, welded from the top surface of the protective layer thickness of not less than 20mm.
  Steel mesh in the tunnel lining, reinforced steel mesh spacing of 150 ~ 300mm. Can be 150mm x150mm 200mm x200mm 200mm x250mm 250mm x 300mm
