1.Why need we to make a new mold?

For the products in the market:

From the logo aspect, embossed and debossed logo is gennerally unique to clients. The mold is like a stamp, the logo is like the words stamped on the paper. If you want to have the words on the paper, we need to make a stamp which is carved with your words, so does the logo.

From the size of product, though the market has this kind of products, clients sometimes want to have different size, the mold is also need. Becausethe size of our mold made is different from yours.

For the clients's unique design:

of course, the mold is needed! Because we have never made it before!

2.What can i do if i only have an idea but without a detailed picture or artwork for my products?

Don't worry about it! We have our professional engineer to work for you! They can make the artwork , and make the mold for you according to your idea.

4.What kind of shipment means do you use?

We generally use express, like Fedex, DHL, UPS. As we all know, the fedex is sometimes cheaper, DHL is faster, while the UPS has very good service and good ability to declare custom.

So it depends on your situation!

For the ocean, it is recommended when quantity and weight is big.

5.How about the payment?

We usually use T/T, 30% in advance, 70% before delivery. But if we have other idea, we could have a negotiation!
