Q: How can I know your packing machines work on my product perfectly?
A: We will request samples from you in order to test them on my machines. Video and pictures will be sent back to you showing how my machine works on your product and how your product looks like after operation. We help you to know exactly what the machine can do, before you make final decision.

Q: Can you build your packing machines to meet my special requirement?
A: Yes, our R&D team is capable of design a customize models in accordance with your specific requirement. 

Q: Do you test all your packing machines before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q: What is your warranty on your packing machines?
A: We offer 1 year warranty on ALL machines.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 50% advance payment required for customized model, while 30% for standard models. Video for test operation and pictures will be provided as soon as your machines are ready for delivery, afterwards we request balance payment.

Q: How about your delivery time?
A: 20 days upon your advance payment. Actually we do effect prompt delivery within 3 working days when we have your machine in stock.

Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Each machine is wrapped with plastic film to protect from moisture and dust during ocean transportation, then sealed into a strong sea-worthy plywood shipping case. All packing material is conformity with ISPM standard and free from fumigation.

Q: Is your price unbeatable?
A: We can not guarantee you a very cheap machine, but we do promise you a most reliable & affordable packing machines and profitable & trouble-free business.
