Brief Introduction

This product is also known as macroporous silica gel, which is translucent glass particles.

There are two types:

1.   Wide pore spherical silica gel
2.   Wide pore lumpy silica gel

  Charactereistics:

Soluble in hydrofluoric acid and caustic soda solutions, insoluble in water and other inorganic acids.
With high mechanical strength. good wear resistance, it has ideal stable pore structure. The adsorption capacity
of water vapor at saturated humidity is more than twice that of fine-pore silica gel.

By the reaction of dilute solution of water glass and dilute sulfuric acid to make block glue (the above two materials are mixed in the nozzle at high speed to produce spherical hydrogel), and then through steam aging, cutting glue (block silica gel) or dilute sulfuric acid immersion (spherical silica gel), washing, drying (moisture content of less than 2%), and finally finished by screening system.

  Use
Used for moisture-proof and rust-proof of instruments and equipment, dewatering and purification of various industrial gases, adsorption of harmful elements in water, adsorption and removal of organic acids and polymers in insulating oil, adsorption of polymeric proteins in industrial fermentants and as catalyst carrier, etc
