Product details

Drawn cup needle roller clutches are commonly known as one-way bearings or one-way needle roller bearings. They are thin-walled outer rings, cages, springs and needle rollers that are stretched from alloy plates and are unidirectionally moving bearings that can be used as a conversion Detectors, non-return devices, overrunning clutches are widely used in fitness equipment, currency counters, washing machines, fishing gear, toy cars and other transmission parts that need to play a backstop role.

Drawn cup needle roller clutches (one-way bearings) can be used as converters, non-return devices, and overrunning clutches. HF (Needle Roller Clutch): It is composed of a stamped outer ring and a plastic cage; the cage can be equipped with plastic reeds or stainless steel reeds to guide the needles. The inclined raceways and needles on the outer ring are used as locking devices. HFL (Clutch and Bearing Assembly): The supporting bearing is installed on both sides of the needle roller clutch and bears radial load. As the supporting bearing, the needle roller and plastic cage assembly are used.
