Introduction
The argon gas purifier, Model JB-4C can purify the ordinary pure argon to be high-purity argon gas, Argon gas purifiers are widely used in electronics,metallurgy, machinery, chemical, atomic energy and other economic sectors, for spectral analysis and scientific research to provide high-purity argon gas.

The Operating Principle
The feed argon enters the reactor C01 through the inlet valve AVF01.The impurities in argon, for example O2, react with the catalyst and turn into things that can be absorbed by the C01 .And then enter the absorber C02 through the working change-over valve SVF01 ,The impurities( H2O,CO2,etc) are also absorbed. The purified argon is delivered to using device through the regenerating change-over valve SVF02 and the outlet valve AVF02. After a work period, the absorber will become saturated with the impurities and will no longer operate effectively. The absorber should be chosen to purified argon and the absorber must be regenerated as follows. Firstly the working change-over valve AVF01 will be turn to the position of the absorber . The argon will be purified by the absorber via the working and regenerating change-over valve ( along the dotted line ), outlet valve etc. In order to regenerate the absorber , regenerating gas outlet valve QVF01 will be opened. The argon, which has been purified by absorber , purges the adsorbed reversibly via regulating valve of regenerating gas TVF01, the flow meter FI02,the regenerating change over valve SVF02 ( along the dotted line ) and regenerating gas outlet valve QVF01. At the same time the absorber will be heated about 400ºC, then the impurities absorbed in it will been purged out. The regenerating process will keep on 8 hours. It must cool down to ambient temperature before using the absorber again. The absorbers are operated in turn as stated above. The argon will be purified continuously.
