3. Cap is compactly folded in strip easily open to shape.
4. The caps can prevent the hairs falling and keep clean and tidy.
5. All kinds of color, size and gramme are available.
6. Customers' logos can be printed on.
7. Lightweight SBPP fabric for comfort and economy.
8. Soft non-irritating elastic band.
Product details:
Dust effect is obvious, blocking floating objects, dust, microoganisms and so on breathable, suitable for long wear.
Hat can be adjusted after the design, adjustable size for different head type.
Applicable to medical, food hygiene, electronics, clean room, textile and other industries.
Sample Policy:
1. Sample according to your design drawing.
2. Design your own sample, then remake it .
3. Sampling time: 3-5days . Existing Samples Sampling time:1day
4. Make mass production after your confirm the sample.
Quality Control:
1. We will not start to make the products until you confirm the sample.
2. The packing will be water-proof, damp-proof and sealed
3. Our QC staff inspecting before/during/after mass production
