Feature and advantage:

HT series horizontal CNC slant bed lathe is a mature medium-sized product of high performance and competitive advantage. Medium in size, the type HT550B is a low speed CNC lathe featuring a big torque and a powerful cutting ability. The machine emphasize good rigidity, high speed, great precision as well as its reliable precision retaining ability and security, qualities of which are always a great concern to consumers. It can carry out automatic precision machining with high efficiency and works especially well in small and medium-sized or even large-scale production programs of air-conditioning refrigeration, home appliances, IT sectors, and mechanical processing industries of certain instrument and apparatus. The machine has the following characteristics:

1. Good rigidity: It adopts an integral lathe bed, 45th barrel-shaped slant bed of great flexural and torsional strength, imported linear guide way and spindle bearings of high rigidity and speed, low friction coefficient and long service life.

2. High precision: The machine adopts precise spindle structure of high rigidity, used imported spindle bearings and highly reliable tool post cnfiguration, directly-connected feed motor, and pre-tensioned ball screw installed in between, and reaches a IT6-leveled turning precision.

3. Modular configuration: It can configure all kinds of (imported or domestic alike) advanced numerical control systems, tool holders (serving tool holder, hydraulic tool holder, electric holder, etc.), chucks and tail stock live center, etc. Then making up various configuration types ranging from the most advanced to teh lowest level.

4. Good waterproof and chip-proof quality: The machine adopts an integral resin sand bed seat, offering completely enclosed protection. Neatly designed, the separate coolant and chip-collecting box makes easy chip-removal operation and thoroughly ends the three leakages.

5. Easy maintenance and operation: The machine allows enough space for maintenance, features a clear pipeline and accords with ergonomics.
