Spiral Chip Conveyor


The spiral chip conveyor is mainly used for conveying the granular, powdery, blocky and curly chips cut from gold and non-gold materials in the machining process. It can be used in CNC lathe, machining center or other places where the space of machine tool is narrow. Combined with other chip removal devices, the chip removal systems with different structures can be formed.
There are two types of screw chip conveyor: core conveyor and coreless conveyor. Generally, it cooperates with other types of chip conveyor to transport the iron chips collected from the protective cover or worktable to the chip inlet of the chip conveyor, and then to the collection vehicle by the chip conveyor. The spiral chip conveyor can also be equipped with a horn to discharge the waste directly from the horn to the chip collector.
Screw type chip removal machine is easy to install, reliable to work, and the pushing speed can be according to the user's requirements, generally divided into three types
Type A: Cored propulsion with conveyor; type B: Cored propulsion without conveyor; type C: coreless propulsion (≤ 3000mm)
