Automatic pick and place machine TP 210+ V3.0 is a mini-type desk high speed pick n place machine. It mounts the component by vacuum nozzle and It is the high cost - effective machine in the automatic pick and place machine. TP210+ can mount 0603, 0805, 1206 etc and SOP, SOIC (size under 15*15mm, PIN foot less than 24). TP210+ is configured with electronic smart GF feeders, Z-axis can rotate freely to mount any angle component.

C) Can display the all coordination of panel-PCB and make micro adjusting to realize the precision mounting.
D) Can set up the space between panel-PCB and display all placing coordination according the spaces, also can choose the panel-PCB, which not mount.
E) If there are some process quality problem, the software can correct it through overall migration improved to make sure the repeated precision.
F) The software can inspect the move limit of X, Y, Z axis.
G) The software have 6 type of speed, can find out the best speed in the movement diagram and set up the speed, which can improve the stability in long time usage.
