1.Application:
This production line is intended for taping and stranding/twisting/bunching cored wire of all kinds of cables. It is mainly used for producing communication cable, power cables, rubber sheathed cables, control cables and charing piles cables etc.
2. High quality depends on details and machining techniques.
A: Sufficient semi-finished products, machine frame is welded to shape by thickened steel plate
in order to make it more robust and stable for ensuring higher speed and stability. Then it will experience aging and annealing treatment.
B: The integral long spindle will be forged. We can ensure that the whole spindle won't be deformed for 30 years under normal operation.
C: All materials used for rotary body are aluminum alloy plate and aluminum alloy bar which are integrally processed by CNC. It is combined with lighter weight and higher strength for ensuring that the machine can work at a very higher rotary speed.
D: Interior shield is of three-layer structure with soundproof cotton and ventilating fan for reducing the temperature and noise. It also improves the internal beauty.
E: Clamping cable when machine stops in a bid to prevent cable from going backward.
F: Equipped with lubricating system
G: Automatic setting timing lubrication system.

* High output: high rotary speed, the speed of this new single twisting machine is the most highest among the same models made in China and its production efficiency is twice of the traditional single twisting machine.
* Robust: Cantilever is made of imported aluminum alloy, combination type, light weight, high strength without deformation for ensuring high speed running. The mainframe base and frame are reinforced. The actual weight of the mainframe can be up to 13 tons, which improves the steability of running dramatically.
*Stable tension: Tape and take-up tension keep constant from empty bobbin to full bobbin.
*Precise pitch: PLC control+ frequency conversion adjustment. All parameters of the complete machine can be set and stored on the touch screeen. The pitch is very stable and its error is less than 3% in the course of accelerating and decelerating.
* Neat traversing: take-up traversing postion adopts axial traversing type. Traversed scope and traversed distance can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen.
*High quality: less blending, product electrical performance won't be destroyed.

7. Electric control cabinet introduction
1.This equipment is controlled by PLC + touch screen so as to achieve the goal of high integration, high automation and man-machine exchange.
2. The pitch can be set stepless within the pitch range.
3. Stranding direction and taping direction can be chosen arbitrarily.
4. Taping can be inch-moving and interlock-moving. When the switch is in OFF state namely inch-moving, it can start and set speed independently. When the switch is in ON state namely interlock-moving, at this time single twisting machine and taping unit will start automatically.
5. Alarm function: when the equipment fails, it will automatically jump out the fault point under the screen, there are 2 kinds of alarm:
A: Rolling alarm: mobile alarm under the screen.
B: Historical alarm: this alarm can be saved when it occurs and can be viewed when repairing.
6. This equipment is equipped with many protections such as door limit, bobbin in place detection, platform lifting position detection, disconnection detection and so on one complete set of protection detection device to ensure that the machine can work steadily and normally.
7. This equipment has the function of length predicting and decelerating. When the actual length reaches the pre-set length, the machine will slow down to stop automatically.
8. Meter correction: it can make the meters more accurate after being stranded.
9. Clamping wire function: automatically clamping wire after the machine stops for avoiding the influence of pay-off tension when replacing bobbins that makes the wire backward, in this case it can guarantee the taping effect and pitch.
10. When the taping unit is magnetic powder tension, it can track the taping tension linearly.
