Product Desciption

This production line is for manufacturing quality control cables, optical fiber cables and multi-strand cables. It's structure is composed of pay-off stand, stranding cage, die holder, wrapping bobbin, meter counter, tractor device, and electrical control box and so on.

Product application
1. This equipment adopts PLC program control, using frequency conversion motor
controller make output shaft speed constantly.
2. Hydraulic brake and electromagnetic brake was equipped by this production line, so
they can achieve to stop steady and quickly.
3. All of wheel gears are helical gears which reduce noisy and the pitch is automatic
adjustment.
4. The servo motor was equipped in the important position, so the speed is computer
stepless speed regualtion.
5. We provide safety guardrail around the production line and hoister for lifting.
6. Take-up machine and traverse wire device adopts torque motor.
