Ø Machine operation is controlled by microcomputer with English button. All function is displayed on monitor to be easy to operate. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting can be done automatically; It is high-performance and steady machine.
Ø Advance the machine manipulator put filter bag into tube for termination of outer bag making which is intellectual property rights.
Ø This machine can keep the tag pattern integrated by photocell positioning the block label.
Ø The internal gear with chain system makes the whole machine running steady and speedy, keeps the noise quietly and extends the service life more than 10 years. Other factories use the rubber belt to connect gears. The use life of rubber belt is only 2 months but our steel chain can be used 3 years.
