Kent Shi, was born in Shenzhen, China, moved and lived in Sweden since the age of 10. He educated Industrial Design at
Lund University and exchanged to Emily Carr University of Art+Design in Vancouver during the fall September of 2017.
After gaining his bachelor's degree, he returned to his native land and started his design career at one of the leading
drinkware companies in China. Numberous designs are widely recognized in the market.
With years of experience in the field, Kent participates in all design projects and leads the in-house innovation for
the company's future development plans.

1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to  how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We are very happy to provide samples for quality check, you will need to tell us if you need standard sample and custom samples.

3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit, the rest can be paid before delivery.
