Product Description

PET single/multi layer(s) single screw extruding sheet making machine
PET Single screw extruding sheet making line makes PET sheet with better quality.
It is a very matured technology.
The extruder is mainly made of crystallizing drier system, feeder system, extruders, screen changer, metering pump, fluid distributor, T-die (coat-hanger type passage), three-roller calendaring and typing system, cooling system, cooling bracket, edge coilers, haul-off machine, sheet winding machine and electric equipment.  
Its production capacity is not as big as co-extruding sheet making machine.

Production capacity is much bigger with co-extruding sheet making machine.
This production line doesn't need crystalizing drier system.


Application
PET sheet production line can be used in fields: Decorative materials,vacuum packagings,daily commodities.
