The system components are described as follows:
AC power distribution unit: access, protection and distribution of AC power.
Photovoltaic power distribution unit: access, protection and distribution of photovoltaic power.
Wind power distribution unit: access, protection and distribution of wind power.
Rectifier module: converts AC power to DC power (AC-DC conversion).
Photovoltaic module: converts the photovoltaic input into a stable direct current.
Wind energy module: converts wind energy input into stable direct current.
DC power distribution unit: DC output and load protection.
Monitoring unit: information collection, alarm monitoring and operation management.
Battery pack: Provides backup power to supply DC load when mains is abnormal.

How the system works:

The system is a photovoltaic oil complementary power generation system, and the solar panel power passes through the solar control module, and outputs a direct current voltage to charge the battery, and simultaneously supplies power to the load.
When the power supply of the solar module is insufficient, the charging rectifier module will be turned on, and the output voltage of the charging rectifier module is lower than the voltage of the solar energy and the wind energy control module by about 1V, so as to preferentially use the clean energy to charge. At this time, the charging rectifier module acts to supplement the battery charging current. When the battery charging current is too large, the charging rectifier module voltage needs to be adjusted in time to limit the charging current. The solar control module also preferentially supplements battery charging and load power supply.
When the power supply of the solar energy is insufficient and the mains power is cut off, the battery directly supplies power to the load device, and the battery voltage continuously drops. When the battery voltage drops to the set value, the alarm is monitored. At this time, the user switches the utility power to the oil machine. Switch to the oil supply state and start the oil machine to replenish the battery and supply power to the load device.
Note: The system's power-down voltage, rectifier module turn-on voltage, battery alarm voltage, and module output voltage can be adjusted through the monitoring module. In addition, the system needs to have the solar power generation statistics power generation electricity statistics function, and the 4-way user electricity consumption measurement function.

3.2 Rectifier module installation

Insert the rectifier module into the corresponding position of the main chassis enclosure. The panel of the rectifier module has a handle. Hold the handle with one hand, lift the component with one hand, and slowly push it into the corresponding slot until the connection terminal of the rear panel of the component is inserted into the main chassis system. On the corresponding socket of the motherboard, finally tighten the fixing screw on the handle to the main box, and the installation is completed; when the module exits the main box, first loosen the fixing screws on the upper side of the panel, hold the handle tightly, and slowly withdraw the parts from the slot then it's OK.
