Woodworking Machinery Tenoner and Mortiser Seriey
This machine is mainly designed for the needs of solid wood processing with high safety, high efficiency and can reduce labor, especially for the dining table, dining chairs, solid wood furniture industry. It is newly developed CNC automatic double-end tenon milling machine, which can process square tenon, slant tenon, round tenon, elliptical tenon .
Advantages:
1. The machine bed is made of high quality castings cast as a whole, annealed and precision machined, with stable performance and good precision.
2. The X-axis and Y-axis are moved by imported linear guide and ball screw transmission mechanism, which has stable performance and good precision.
3. X-axis, Y-axis linkage adopts Delta's efficient full servo drive system, Y-axis (vertical) servo motor with brakes, which runs smoothly and has good self-locking.
4. Advanced brand Delta CNC system, man-machine interface, easy to learn, convenient and fast operation.
5. Milling shaft adopts 12000r/min, 3.7kw frequency conversion electric spindle, equipped with imported frequency converter, suitable for different materials.
6. Innovative swinging hinged feeding mechanism, to achieve rapid feeding and low failure rate.
7. Adopt hopper feeding, realize automatic feeding, realize straight surface, surface double end milling tenon operation, accurate positioning, good processing precision.
