Raw materials receiving and cleaning process:

Machine:drum sieving pre-cleaner, conical powder sieve and permanent magnetic drum.

Process: The pre-cleaner will clean and sort out the big debris in the raw material, such as corn stalk, stones, rope head, branches, corn cobs and the small debris such as mud, sand and blighted grain. When the raw materials are in powder shape, we can choose conical powder sieve to clean the debris in the powder.

Crushing process:

Machine: Hammer Mill

Different model of hammer mills for your choice, like the water drop type of hammer mills, and multi-functional hammer mills, etc.

This process is mainly used to crush to raw materials into powder for the next step.

Mixing process:

Machine: Mixer, Mixing Machine

Single shaft double screw mixers, double shaft paddle mixers, vertical mixers are optional to choose.

The process is used to mixed the crushed materials with higher uniformity.


 

Pellet making process - feed pellet mill

       Feed pellet machine is the key equipment of the complete feed producion

Line. Compared with flat die pellet mill, the Ring die pellet machine with higher capacity and good performance. 

Ring die pellet mill running with the conditioner. This process is to press the pellets out.


 

Pellet cooling process:

      The pellet discharge from pellet mill are in high temperature. The cooler is used to suddenly cooling the pellets to ±3-5ºC of the room temperature.

Pellet crumbling process:

Sometimes the clients need to crusher the pellet into for feeding,

in this case we need the pellet feed crumbler.

 

Packaging process:

This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation. The Packing machine have the function for scale, sealing, and packing.
