Working Principle

In the fully automatic mode, the packing process is to transport the rice husk from the feeding hopper to the collecting box through the feeding machine, and machine automatically start working when sense of the collecting box detect enough husk inside the collecting box, first pre-pressing The cylinder compacts the rice husk from the outside to the inside → the compression cylinder continues to press the rice husk from top to bottom → push the cylinder to push the rice husk into the package → each cylinder returns to the next working cycle, each work The interval time of the loop can be set.
