Introduction:

The machine is applied to slitting single layer plastic film of PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, etc., multilayer laminated plastic film, paper and other roll materials.


Application and Features:

1. The machine adopts PLC concentrated control(two vector motors) and uses touch screen man-machine interface to concentrated operation.
2. Unwinding adopts imported magnetic powder brake and auto calculation of unwinding diameter by PLC realizes constant unwinding tension control.
3. Pulling transmission adopts vector frequency motor to realize constant linear velocity control.
4. Rewinding transmission adopts vector frequency motor to drive upside magnetic powder clutch and downside magnetic powder clutch; auto calculation of rewinding diameter by PLC realized rewinding tension taper control.
5. Unwinding adopts shaftless cylinder top sleeve device, with electric horizontal adjustment by screw vice clamp.
6. The system has the functions of presetting meters, roll diameter calculation and others.
7. EPC correction device can accurately control side precision.
8. The machine is suitable for slitting single layer plastic film, multilayer laminated plastic film, aluminum foil, paper and other common packaging materials.

A: The normal package is making a pallet to protect the machine at the bottom and wrap the whole machine with plastic film packing. If export to EUROPEAN countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. we  use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF
