2.Only need two workers to finish the whole process. The capacity is 90‐120M 3  per hour.
3.Adopt imported numerical control system and self‐development software, realizing the dialogue window of the operator and the computer. Both of them are easy to learn, controlling the spray gun's moving route through the computer to imitate manual painting, which ensures smooth painted surface and reaches the cornersbeing painted.
4.The machine is easy to operate and not rely on painting technique. It shortens the production cycle, reduces paint cost and labor cost.
