Function and characteristic
  • Fully automatic detection of BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, SIEMENS and other brand models of electromagnetic injector and piezoelectric injector.Automatically test different models solenoid valve injectors and piezo injector
  • Test the performance of injector solenoid valve.
  • Generate IMA code for Bosch injector
  • Cleaning: High pressure cleaning for the impurities inside the injectors.
  • Testing the injection and return volume under VL TL LL VE and VE2 status.
  • Atomization test: to judge whether the injector is blocked through the atomization effect.
  • Sealing test: check whether nozzle nozzle cap nut and solenoid valve leaks oil.
  • Test solenoid valve injectors of different models automatically and test 6 injectors continuously.

  • Industrial Air-conditioner, Double temperature control stainless steel tank  to keep the oil temperature controlled at 40±2ºC.
  • The rail pressure is controlled by DRV and ZME valve at ±0.5 Maps.
  • Equipped with high precision flow sensor the flow range is 0.008-4L/Min the test precision is 0.3%.
  • Equipped with original Bosch CP3.3 pump.
  • The range of rail pressure is 0-2600bar with precise measurement easy operation low noise and energy conservation.
  • Lubrication oil system: ensure the stability of the tested parts.
  • Dan foss compressor of SC15CL series which is in accordance with the European Union EC842/2006 and European Union Directive 2006/40/EC  is equipped to the cooling system.
