After-sale service:
1. Warranty period
The warranty period shall be 12 months after the equipment is handed over for inspection, and shall be calculated from the date of acceptance and signature. During the warranty period, no one shall replace the damaged faulty equipment and components.
2. Maintenance
The supplier shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the fault notice and ensure the normal operation of the equipment within 24 hours
