BRIEF INTRODUCTION:
The PerMix PFB series Twin-shaft Paddle Mixer is a fast mixer with high efficiency, which can also be known as Fluidizing Mixer, Fluidized Zone Mixer, Non-gravity Mixer or Zero-gravity Mixer.
  
The PFB Twin-shaft Paddle Mixer is applied to prepare a homogeneous mixture despite of particle size, shape and density. When the small amount of powder additives or liquid is required to be added into the bulk material, PFB Twin-shaft Paddle Mixers are able to achieve fast and precision mixing with high capacity.

Due to its high efficiency and reliable performance, PerMix Twin-shaft Paddle Mixers are widely applied in many industries, including but not limited to: Building materials, Fly ash conditioning, Animal feeds, Mineral premixes, Instant drinks, Milk powders, Vitamin mixes, etc.

HOW IT WORKS:
PerMix PFB series Twin-shaft Paddle Mixer consists of paddles with special angles that are mounted on twin shafts in a "W" shaped trough. During operation, the two shafts are rotating in opposite direction. The paddles sweep the entire bottom of both troughs, and materials are lifted floating between the two shafts (as zero-gravity zone) by the centrifugal force generated by the paddles. At this weightless zone, mixing of materials of different density is easy and fast because material particle can move freely and randomly, regardless of particle size and density. This brings a rapid and highly homogeneous mixing.

BOMB BAY DISCHARGE DOORS:
PerMix PFB Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer offers two large Bomb Bay Doors for fast and complete discharge within only a few seconds (product and mixer size dependent). Each door is located at the bottom of each basin of the W-shaped trough. During the discharge, the paddles are running to eliminate any possible segregation.

OVERHEAD CHOPPER:
Although the PerMix PFB series Twin-shaft Paddle Mixer is featured by its gentle mixing at the weightless zone, it can also achieve rough mixing with additional PerMix Pin Milling Bars to be installed on the top of the paddles.

The PerMix Pin Milling Bars are two rapidly rotating bars with pins and a stationary shroud, which introduce high shear force onto the materials during mixing to break soft lumps and agglomerates. In this case, a fill level of 1.4 times of normal capacity is required.

Q: What is your price level compared with European suppliers and local Chinese suppliers?
A: Depending on the machine type and size, our price level is 30%-60% less than the European suppliers and 5-15% higher than the big local suppliers.

Q: Are you able to provide tailor-made design and production for the mixers?
A: Yes, in fact more than half of our mixers are tailor made, which is one of our strong points.

Q: Are you able to design and produce other processing equipment?
A: We are open to discuss about it.

Q: Can you provide machines to OEM customers, meaning to label their brands on the machines.
A: Yes we are doing it a lot. We have several OEM partners in the USA.

Q: Do you have agent network out of China?
A: Yes we do have agents but only in some countries, for example in USA, Germany, Poland, Spain, Denmark, Turkey, Argentina, etc. We are still looking for more agents because we believe to work with agents is the best way to do business.

Q: What is your delivery lead time of the mixing equipment.
A: Depending on the size and level of customization, but usually it is from 6-14 weeks.

Q: How do you pack and ship the mixing machines?
A: For machines don't require full container loading, we will pack them in wooden case. For FCL (full container loading) shipment, we will just wrap the machines in plastic films and fix them in the container. The shipment can be either by air or by sea
