Q: Are you factory or trade company?

A: We are factory,have our own machines,workers,R&D department.Sales and after-sale department.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% release before shipment. We'll take product and package photos for your approval.

Q: What is your trade terms?

A: FOB,CNF,CIF,DAP. mostly are ok by Incoterms Rule 2010.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Normally,it will take around 20 days after receiving your advance payment. Larger quantity,time are negotiation.

Q: What is your sample policy?

A: Sample is avallable for stock models.

Q: Do you make the testing before shipment?

A: Yes, all products testing are made before delivery.
