Graphite rotor is mainly used in liquid aluminum, aluminum alloy purification process, to improve the purity of aluminum or aluminum alloy. It is the most advanced treatment method in the world that mix the purification gas and solvent, use the rotating jet of the graphite rotor to purify the aluminum during the purification process,                         
Under high temperature aerobic conditions, in the production process of on - line degassing machine for fine aluminum casting, graphite rotor has defects of easy  oxidation & break, no friction. Our team choose high quality reasonable ratios of graphite materials, coated with high temperature antioxidants which was R&D independently while no pollution to the Aluminum liquid. Our unique anti-oxidant graphite rotor performs outstanding oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high compressive strength makes continuous use for 90-120 days available, thus effectively reduce producing cost for customers.
Working principle

A twirling graphite rotor shatters nitrogen (or argon), which is blown into melting aluminum, into profuse bubbles that disperse in the liquid metal. Regarding gas pressure difference and surface adsorption principle, bubbles in the melt absorb hydrogen and oxidation slag inclusion which are taken out to surface of the melt with the rise of the bubbles, so that the melt can be purified.
 
Working conditions

Working conditions:
Put the impeller end and part of the shaft of a graphite rotor into 690°C-780°C Aluminum liquid, rotation speed  500 RPM, 1-2 hours at a time, work for 4-6 times per day. graphite rotor can also work continuously according to the working condition of the equipment.
