Applications
Nichrome wire heating elements are widely used for making electric heating elements in home appliances and OCr25AL5 Electric Heating Alloy/Fecral Wire
industrial furnaces. Typical applications are flat irons, ironing machines, water heaters, plastic moulding dies, spiral resistance heating wire
soldering irons, metal sheathed tubular elements and cartridge elements.
Product features
Heat resisting, heat up fast, long service life, the resistance is stable, Small power deviation, screw pitch
is symmetry after be stretched, be widely used in Small electric furnace, muffle, oven, t
ubular electric heating element, household appliances. We can design as customer's needs.
We specialized in manufacturing heating resistance alloy for years,

Process:
Wire: Material preparation→melting→re-melting→forging→hot rolling→heat treatment→surface treatment→drawing(rolling)→finish heat treatment→inspection→package→warehouse
Strip:Material preparation→melting(vacuum,medium frequency)→electroslag→lathe-forging→planing→hot rolling→annealing→polish by high pressurewater→rolling→degrease→annealing→welding→rolling→edge shearing→annealing→slitting→inspection→package
when you order wire, please tell me wire material ( ocr25al5 or cr20ni80 ), please also tell me wire diameter you need, because different diameter have different price.
