Plastic Extended Liner Tape (Permanent SERIES)
'Peel and Seal' adhesive strip as a type of double coated tape is made up of 4 parts including
Extended release liner (Silicone coated Pearlized Polypropylene film);
Adhesive carrier (Polyester film);
Exposed side adhesive layer (Solvent-based acrylic adhesive);
Close side adhesive layer (Hot-melt adhesive).

This type of extended liner tape is designed as a closure method for PE, PP material bags where the closure can not be reopened without the bag being destroyed. In addition, this type of sealing tape is available in a wide range of widths and lengths for automatic or manual application.

Construction:
Release Liner: Silicone coated Pearlized Polypropylene film (PEPA)
Carrier: Polyester film
Adhesive system: Acrylic adhesive
Exposed side adhesive: Solvent-based acrylic adhesive
Closed side adhesive: Water-based acrylic adhesive
