Appearance: Pale yellow liquid.

Stability: Solubility 750 mg/l water; 50% wt/wt in acetone, 1, 2-dichloroethane, ethanol, acetate, petroleum spirit and xylene.
Thermal stability: Stable 8 hours at 150º C, 12 weeks; At 50º C
Chemical stability: In acid media: Stable up to 100º C.
In alkalin media: Moderate hydrolysis at 25º C, rapid at 100º C.

Application I
T is soil insecticide and nematicide of highly efficient and contact poison to prevent and wiping out underground pest and nematodes. It can also control polypody like prospirobolus, centipedes and as such effectively. To nematodes in wheat, in peanuts, in sweet potato, in potato and flowers, Ethoprophos have good effects on them too.
Uses: Action by contact; Must be mixed with soil or carried by water into soil. May be used at planting with no waiting period. For bananas, beans (snap, lima), cabbage, corn, cucumber, flue-cured tobacco, peanuts, pineapple, plantains, soybeans, sugarcane, sweet potato, white potato. Bermuda, Zoysia, St. Augustine, centipede, Fescue, Kentucky Blue, perennial rye, Bahia grasses in commercial turf.
