Chlorinated paraffin 52 is a light yellow to yellow oily viscous liquid. Freezing point <-20ºC, relative density (25/25ºC) 1.22-1.26. Soluble in benzene, ether, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water.3. Chlorinated paraffin 70 is a resinous powder, white or yellowish, with a relative density of 1.65 (25/4ºC).
