---Surface Treatment: Blacking,Zinc plating,Chrome Plating and Nickel Plating for the carbon steel and the low alloy steel castings; Tumbling,handcraft dull polishing,mirror polishing,electrolytic  polishing and passivation treatment for stainless steel castings; Sandblasting including glass bend blasting ,corundum-sand blasting and quartz-sand blasting for all steel castings.

---Heat Treatment: Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering, Case hardening....

---Application:Machinery parts,pumps, valves parts, tanks, impellers and railway accessories, Marine fittings, Construction hardware and Medical equipment accessories.

---Technical Support:  Our engineers are skilled at AUTO CAD, PRO ENGINEER, SOLID WORKS and other 2D & 3D softwares.

---Delivery Date: It wil take 7-10 days to make tooling and another 15 days to make samples. It will take 30-45days to fabrcate bulk order.
