Stence-Class 1 Rubber insulation material is based on NBR, and is made of Stence's proprietary nano-micro foaming technology. It is processed by special formula and process.It has a completely closed bubble structure of rubber insulation material.
The product has more uniform foaming and finer cells, which can effectively reduce the loss of heat and heat, has low thermal conductivity, excellent resistance to water vapor permeation, and good fire resistance.
The products are divided into pipes and plates, which are easy to install, safe and fast.

1.High Security Fireproof Performance
STENCE-Class 1 fireproof performance is completely in accordance with the requirement of the national standard Class B1 in the GB8624. Adopt unique environmental protection formula; the material is in the status of combustion, low smoke concentration, it will not make harmful smoke during the combustion.
2.STENCE Nano-Micro foaming Technology, Lower Conductivity
The initial thermal conductivity of Stence rubber insulation material is 0.032W/(m.k) 0ºC, using the Stence's Nano-micro foaming technology, forming the close balloon construction of material inside, full cell internal structure, more lower and more stabilized conductivity, the effect is obvious for long-term using.
